PROTO RUN FOR THE ACE

ONE GENERAL DIVISION – ONE GRAND PRIZE

FORMAT:
• Players will only have one throw attempt per hole to get an Ace (hole-in-one).
• After completing the designated course, the winner is determined by the total number of Hits on the assigned scoring parts of the basket, plus Aces on each hole.
• Players do not continue to play the hole like in sanctioned play.
• Layout Tip: Add an additional 9 Holes to a 9 Hole course
• Qualified hits: basket cage – to the top chain support ring.

• (Hitting the pole, below the basket cage does not count)

COURSE:
• Tournament Directors will ideally set the course up with the holes varying in distance from 100’ to 200’.
• Shorter than 100’, and longer than 200’, are permitted based on the Tournament Directors discretion.
• If a course is limited by an area, placing portable disc golf baskets and temporary marked tee pads, will help break up longer course holes.
• When the participants numbers justify it, a Shotgun Start may be required. Please utilize temprary holes and tee pads.
• All holes should be reachable by a majority of the field, so that Aces are attainable with still creating a little challenge.
